Sometimes it’s hard to get rid of a pesky ad!
We hate this too, but due to the different ad networks and their internal formats sometimes the “exit” button is hard to tap.
If it seems an Ad is stuck, follow these steps:
- Try to tap with pinpoint precision on the “close” element of the game. This should close Ad window and the game should continue.
If the Ad will not close for any reason, follow these steps:
- Close and Quit the App.
- Restart PXLPLAY™.
All pixels will reset to normal visibility in the matrix!
We try and do as much as possible to reduce the frustration of the ad networks and monitor issues like this. Thanks for understanding.
