We handle refunds and returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making you happy.
We stand behind our products, and we want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers —
our philosophy is to be fair and reasonable. So if we messed up and sent you the wrong item, the wrong size, or mistakenly sent you something that was damaged, we’ll cover it. We apply refunds to the original form of payment with which returned items were purchased. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we’ll ask for personal identification and a refund will be provided at the current price as Pixel Play LLC store credit.
To initiate a refund or return, please email store@pixelplay.com within 30 days of your purchase. Give us the details of your order and let us know what’s wrong, and how we can help. We’ll get back to you ASAP.
